Middlewood to Macclesfield 7.5miles (01/10/25)

We arrived at Middlewood on time. The rain had cleared but remained cloudy. A gentle walk followed with lunch taken on a bench with a view of the Manchester skyline. It wasn't long after lunch that a dog walker called the group, Last of the Summer Wine with one extra, that raised a laugh with us. We finished with a fine few drinking establishments before our train home.
