WOOD END TO HENLEY 6 MILES

 

Depart Birmingham Moor Street at 1039 on the Stratford service for this easy walk crossing fields and lanes all the way to Henley in Arden Station. Here, the community pub located on the platform offers real ales and champagne if it's pay day for you! The pub doesn't sell food but they allow you to eat your own on the premises. They also have days where a food wagon will come. If you want to pop down into the town, this is a 5 minute walk. 

 

There will be a few rolling ascents but the hardest part of this walk is actually getting out of Wood End Station. There's quite a few steps to negotiate.
