Walkers present : A.Dulson ,D.Chambers,P.Cotterill, G.Corbett,A.Walton, M.Sadler (6)

The walk Started at 11am with everyone arriving from different directions bur a short road walk took us to steep  paths up to Overton hill (Frodsham memorial) with great views towards Liverpool.

We then followed the Sandstone way around wood house hill and down towards Alvanley

.After lunch at a couple benches at entrance to Hamers wood we carried on lanes and tracks and the occasional steep sections back to Frodsham .

Refreshments where taken in a couple of real ale establishments before moving onto Chester and Stafford where food was also enjoyed by most of the group

A Good day with decent weather
