Less than 7.333333333 miles!

Attendees; Phil , Mary, Paul and Kim, Mac, Graham, Dave Peters, Phil and Sue, Andy Sear, Andy Walton, Mark Sadler, Adrian.

A very late start, 1320 at Dudley port station. No one overslept.

We did a ramble around Sheepwash nature reserve. Saw plenty of birds including a cormorant.

A short climb up to the canal for the main event, the 1.7 mile long Netherton tunnel. A good selection of torches were in use. Fairly wet, under foot for some of the tunnel.

We took a well earned break on benches at warrens Hall country park before the final push, via more canal paths to the Waterfall pub at Blackheath where we met Karl in the pub garden.
