Longbridge to Blackheath 9 miles (26/01/24)

Four of us set off following the old railway line where possible. Stopping at Rubery to look the remains of the old railway station. It was then muddy fields and paths with just the one faller Mr Walton🤸. Lunch was taken at the Dowery Dell viaduct. With the sun still shining it was more fields before passing the old Abbey and then on to the Dudley canal and paths through Leasowes park. This section had not been recced but it was very enjoyable just 0.5 miles further than expected.

Few beers enjoyed in the Swan before a couple more in the Fixed wheel Brewery. Mac then insisted I join him at the Square peg after it's revamp.
