A bit of a drab, dull and cold start greeted us at Hagley station for a somewhat regular pilgrimage to the Clent hills albeit this walk using a couple of new paths. Shortly after starting, the sun came out and layers of clothing were shed. Kept this one to just 7 miles as Spring is a stop/start affair and I anticipated it would be muddy in a few spots. But, it was actually quite dry underfoot.
Anyway, after some climbing to the cafe/ carpark towards the top, we stopped briefly and then climbed to the viewing point gaining some more distant views. We descended down into Clent and then made our way into Hagley where we had our after walk refreshments. Nice to see Mark Wade on a walk.
