WANSFORD TO STAMFORD 8.5 MILES

A repeat of a walk we have walked in the past that starts with a trip on the Nene Valley railway to Wansford and then easy flat walking to Stamford. Opportunity for ‘nedding’ at Wansford too! The single fare from Peterborough to Wansford  is £8 but hopefully, we will be able to get a contribution from the Club towards this.

As last time, 2 choices of departure from New Street. Either the 0822 service and then breakfast in Peterborough Asda or the 0922 service and rendezvous at the Nene Valley station for the 1200 departure.
